Founder & Creative Director
Jackie Carr
Jackie Carr is a director, producer, and creative storyteller known for her dynamic approach to filmmaking and brand storytelling. With a background in both film directing and theatre performance from Emerson College, Jackie has built a career bringing compelling narratives to life across film, television, and branded content.
Her production credits span acclaimed projects such as The Town, The Gambler, Concussion, Captive State, HBO’s The Gilded Age, and Unstoppable (2025) streaming now on Amazon Prime. Beyond traditional filmmaking, she is the founder of Dudgeon-Carr Creative, with her husband and creative partner, Peter Dudgeon, where she helps brands and businesses find their authentic voice through expert creative direction and strategic storytelling.
Jackie currently resides in Pasadena, CA, where she balances her passion for storytelling with her most important role—supporting the creative adventures of her ever-spirited 5-year-old daughter. In 2024 she also founded Creative✨Space | A Theater for Kids in South Pasadena and continues to serve as Artistic Director.

Founder, Director & Editor
Peter Dudgeon
Peter Dudgeon is a seasoned film and television editor with a career spanning casting and post-production. A Cambridge, MA native, Peter studied Screenwriting at DePaul University before earning his graduate degree in Film Direction from Boston University.
He began his career in Boston’s casting world, working on acclaimed films such as Gone Baby Gone, The Town, Mona Lisa Smile, The Departed, and Moonrise Kingdom. Transitioning into post-production, Peter moved to Los Angeles and quickly established himself in the editorial department, contributing to films like Zero Dark Thirty, Lawless, Detroit, Concussion, The Imitation Game, Live by Night, 22 July, Bumblebee, News of the World, and Weird: The Al Yankovic Story.
Most recently, he has brought his expertise to television, editing Seasons 2 & 3 of Roku’s hit Kevin Hart comedy Die Hart and co-editing Paul Greengrass’s upcoming feature The Lost Bus, set for release later this year. With a keen eye for storytelling and years of experience shaping compelling narratives, Peter brings passion and talent to every one of the Dudgeon-Carr Creative projects.
